Amaran:Entry ini mungkin mengganggu emosi..harap maaf!
Semenjak dua menjak ni aku diselubungi cas negatif..sampaikan aku x tergamak nk update blog..takut ada rakan2 blogger yg tereffect cas2 negatif yg x baik ni..
Semenjak ekonomi 'down', salah satu drpd plant kitorang kena tutup buat sementara. Semua high level sumer kena turun plant kitorang ni. So sumer manager level is high level with zero knowledge of the plant whatsoever, mind you..and giving orders macam kilang diorg yg punye. Semua engineering item yg important x nk discuss. Production guys plak bila ada these high level managers with 'otak kosong', they take advantage. Raising craps yg bukan2, trying to hentam engineering along the way..trying to prove they are the hardworking angels sent from heaven!Grrrr....
Now everything falls to my shoulders either electrically and mechanically..to have a nearly retired mechanical colleague with a slow movement doesn't help me in my 'hot soup' situation at all!Can you imagine having a colleague without any input at all?It is totally a partner from hell!
Untuk pengetahuan sumer yer..company aku ni mmg kedekut..no training is provided. Sumer main campak, pepandailaa ko belajar!so the learning curve is quite slow..tp nasib baik my boss is very keen on pressuring me & also guiding me along the way. Tp to pressure me in terms of electrical wise, is acceptable. Tapi to pressure me in terms of mechanical items, it is utterly damndenest to my well-being, some more without trainings!
Last night I came home late at 9pm with grease under my nails, thinking is this what I want to do in another 5 years' time?

Kak Nur, faham sanagt...mimi pon dalam dilema sampai bila nak kerja kat sini..nak kerja macam gini...rasa2nya kerja macam kita nih sesuai utk lelaki gamaknya kan! takpelah kak jom kita carik kerja lain nak..(mimi juga belum hantar2 resume lagi;P)
mimi..memula dulu cam best..tp bila da lelama sejak kawin ni rasa cam lg best ngulit anak2 kt umah heheheh...
kita wat bisnes kek nak?u bake, i sell..muahahaha..
nur... tu le sebenarnye kan dilema bila dah kawin... keje gitu.. tak tau sampai bila kan... lebih2 lagi le ni..
